About the Role:
Join Carbon Performance as a Front Desk Associate and be the welcoming face of our innovative team in Atlanta, GA! This part-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences while supporting our mission to drive sustainable performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Provide support for office events and meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the front desk.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
